William Flint

William is a Level 3 Women’s Artistic Coach and a Level 2 Free Running Coach. William has coached at the club for six years and prior to that has held various roles including welfare officer and treasurer. William is a qualified first aid instructor, safeguard and DBS checked

Michelle Fredua-Mensah

Michelle has been involved in gymnastics since she was 8 years old either as a gymnast, coach or a judge and trained at Croydon Gymnastics Club from the age of 11. She competed in Women’s Artistic Gymnastic’s Regionally on numerous occasions.

She is currently a Women’s Artistic Level 2 Coach, A BG Women’s Artistic Judge as well as a GFA Judge. 

"Although I gained a BSc in Biomedical Sciences my love and passion for gymnastics has led me to become a full time gymnastics coach and my degree studies has helped me to understand the scientific and mechanical parts of gymnastics. 
I have had the opportunity to work with many gymnastics clubs, coaches and fantastic mentors across London’s 

As well as coaching I now compete in Bodybuilding and currently Pro Overall World Champion."

Melissa Flint

Melissa is a Level 2 Women's Artistic Gymnastics coach.  She has Level 2 pre- school qualification and is a Level 1 Trampolining coach as well as a qualified judge.  She is safeguarded and DBS checked.
Melissa trained at the club from the age of 6 to 17 competing both regionally and nationally, and is excited to be back coaching at Croydon!

Bella Ardley

Bella started gymnastics at 8 years old and trained 6 days a week. Bella joined Croydon Gymnastics Club and competed at Regional level with the club.

Following an injury she had to retire from being a gymnast but started coaching almost immediately and completely fell in love with it. Bella is currently qualified at Level 2 and DBS checked.
